Meet the motorcycle
This is the road-focused counterpart to the TRK 902 Xplorer. It belongs in an adventure-family guide with an explicit crossover label: it is not the choice for someone selecting primarily on off-road wheel size or long travel. The model was announced in late 2025 for 2026 market arrival, while sharing the core engine and frame with its sister model.
Official model report dated 4 November 2025; Benelli announced dealer arrival during 2026.

The changes, explained.
Road wheels are a deliberate change in purpose
The Stradale replaces the Xplorer’s 19-inch front with a 17-inch wheel and road-touring tyres.
How it works
Diameter, tyre width and profile work with steering geometry to change turn-in and contact behaviour. Road-focused tyres are developed around asphalt loads rather than maximising bite in deep loose ground.
What it means on a ride
It gives the 902 platform a clearer asphalt emphasis for touring and mountain-road travel.
The consideration · This is a suitability choice, not an upgrade in every situation. A smaller wheel has less favourable obstacle approach geometry.
Shorter travel and lower seat change access
Travel falls from the Xplorer’s 170 mm to 130 mm, with an 805 mm seat.
How it works
Lower operating height can make it easier to reach the ground and reduces the distance a rider must manage during a stop. Shorter travel leaves less room for large suspension movements.
What it means on a ride
For a loaded road tour, easier stops may be more valuable than unused off-road travel.
The consideration · Seat height alone does not describe reach: seat width, loaded sag, boots and body proportions all contribute.
The larger electric screen addresses sustained air load
Benelli gives the Stradale a larger transparent screen with electric adjustment.
How it works
A screen redirects the airflow that would otherwise load the rider’s upper body. Height adjustment moves the turbulent boundary relative to the helmet, so the best position depends on rider height and posture.
What it means on a ride
On long transfers, a suitable setting may reduce sustained air pressure and the effort needed to hold posture.
The consideration · Bigger is not automatically quieter. Helmet buffeting must be checked at normal touring speeds and with a passenger if carried.
A closer look at the hardware
Where it fits
The Stradale makes sense when the adventure-bike riding position is attractive but the route is mainly paved. Its road chassis and lower access are the point of the model. Riders wanting greater rough-ground margins should compare the Xplorer rather than trying to turn a road specification into an enduro.
